For more than 25 years, NoteGoat co-founders Anh Hatzopoulos and Aaron Wingert have operated with a shared focus: using technology to solve problems for communities that are traditionally overlooked. Together they’ve built and/or grown successful ventures with a broad range of offerings, from online marketplaces (Ventro) to educational saving systems (LittleGrad) to fintech solutions (Dama Financial). Prior to joining forces, Hatzopoulos was at Intel, Netscape and Walmart.com, and Wingert at Lockheed Martin, Verity and Balihoo.

With the emergence of AI, Hatzopoulos and Wingert originally saw an opportunity to create a tool for overwhelmed students to improve academic performance, but that was just the first step. They quickly realized that the real power of NoteGoat is to give back precious time to anyone who uses it, which will fundamentally change the way people work. For some it will be just an efficiency tool, but for the most curious minds it will become a “What else can we do for society?” tool.
